The Heart Behind the Art

I’ve always loved working with my hands, bringing ideas to life in a tangible, physical way. With a long background in technology, I began exploring 3D modeling and printing in 2022, combining my technical expertise with my passion for craftsmanship. For me, art is more than an object—it’s a connection, a way to evoke emotion or shift a state of mind. That’s why I focus on creating hand-shaped sculptures with vibrant, popping colors that command attention and tell a story.

Each piece reflects my commitment to quality and detail. The bases are crafted from hand-finished Wenge wood, an exotic material chosen for its beauty and durability. The hands themselves are printed using PLA or other plastics, modeled digitally, and carefully refined by hand. I finish them with acrylic paint and varnish to bring out their unique character and make them stand out in any setting.

One of my favorite creations is "Mudra of Insight" (showcased on the left), inspired by the sacred Uttarabodhi Mudra. It embodies enlightenment, unity, and spiritual awakening—values that deeply resonate with me and the purpose behind my work. Through my art, I aim to share a piece of myself with others who connect with the same emotions and stories.

More about me

The Art Behind the Process

Every piece begins with an idea—a pose or a story sketched out on paper. From there, I transition to my digital art station, where I bring the concept to life using 3D modeling software. This stage allows me to explore organic and abstract forms, testing and refining the design until it’s ready for 3D printing. The result is a physical model crafted with precision, but this is just the beginning.

In my workshop, I focus on the tactile elements. I carefully refine the printed models by hand, making adjustments and corrections to ensure every detail is just right. The bases, often crafted from exotic Wenge wood, are shaped, sanded, and finished with care to complement the design. I use acrylic paint, varnish, and accents like acrylic or bronze rods to add depth, vibrancy, and sophistication to the final piece.

What sets my process apart is the seamless balance between cutting-edge technology and hands-on craftsmanship. My workshop is where wood and materials are perfected, and my digital station is where ideas take form. It’s a blend of creativity, technology, and the expression of emotion—all coming together in a final piece that tells a story and resonates with its audience.

How the Process Shapes the Art

The journey from idea to finished piece is as important as the final result. My goal is always to stay true to the original concept or emotion that inspired the piece. However, not every idea makes it into a physical form—some emotions are difficult to fully translate through trial and error. For me, this challenge is part of the process: finding creative solutions to ensure that the emotional value of each piece is preserved and expressed.

Experimentation is at the heart of my work. Translating organic digital designs into tangible objects often requires problem-solving and exploration. Whether it’s adjusting a model, selecting materials, or refining details, every step influences the outcome. Modeling is a key part of this evolution, as it sets the foundation for how materials like PLA plastic, Wenge wood, and acrylic accents come together harmoniously.

Sometimes, the process brings unexpected surprises. Happy accidents often reveal themselves along the way, and I embrace these moments as opportunities to enhance the work. By allowing the journey to guide me, I ensure that each piece feels alive and unique, with a vibrancy and emotional depth that truly “pops” and commands attention. It’s this dynamic evolution that shapes the art and makes every creation distinctive.
